My water heater had developed a slow leak and I called A-List to come check it out. By the time they got here, next day, it had stopped leaking. The service technician advised I just keep an eye on it. It may have been caused by setting it to vacation mode while we were gone for a few weeks. No charge for the service call. I would highly recommend them based on their honesty.

I had gone a few days without hot water and heat in the house. I was having trouble finding a company that would come out. I got referred to A-List plumbing and they agreed to see me on Friday (which was quicker than I expected). Heath came out and I thought he was just going to access the situation and make a plan. Turns out he went to Bellevue, got a heater, and installed it that day which really saved my weekend. Turns out that Heath owns the company. Nice guy who went the extra mile
