In a new construction build, there are basically three stages or phases that plumbing is involved in. Those phases include:
- Stage 1 – Before Foundation Gets Laid – Our team will be onsite before the foundation is laid. This is to install the underground pipes for water and sewer.
- Stage 2 – Foundation Gets Set – When the foundation has been poured and is set, we come back out to extend the initial lines we installed. This means lines that bring in the hot and cold water, the lines the drain, and those that will be connected to any appliances you have.
- Stage 3 – Finalizing Installation – In this stage, all of the appliances, fixtures, and sinks or showers will be installed. This is where your plumbing comes full circle. Our team ensures everything is up to code and will pass inspection so you can move forward with your new build.
