Sam, came early rather than later. He was most efficient, polite and knowledgeable. He examined the problem and went to work right away and solved the immediate problem He demonstrated and explained to me what the problem was and provided economical solutions in order to prevent reoccurrence. I was so impressed with his options. He could have recommended expensive options and what could I have said being a recent widow not used to handling emergent household maintenance problems. I’m so grateful that Sam was sent to my home today. He even mentioned that I should call my homeowners insurance company. which I did right away. They were great through our sizing issue! Our dishwasher was too big for the hole so we had to reschedule them after the mods. They were patient with me, happy I went with them.
Jason is appreciated...found the source of our leak...behind wall (laundry room)leak in master tub...took time to explain our options for repair...he didnt have parts needed so went down tothelocal Home Depot too.. .As we would also require costly water/floor damage repair gave us reasonable rate for plumbing repairs...definitely reputable Recommend Jason..would use A-list for future needs...
